I just got back from The Simpsons Movie that played for the first day (I went to the cheap matinee) at our local theater (luckily the had it on the same day it was released to the public). It wasn't bad, many people were laughing alot. To me it was just a long episode without any commercials (well they do through in some Fox ads to annoy you). I wouldn't suggest paying more than 5-6 bucks to watch this movie as it's not worth 10 dollars to sit and watch in those uncomfortable seats.

Fox and Burger King made a neat interactive site to promote the release of the full-length feature movie on www.SimpsonizeMe.com where you can upload a photograph of yourself and have it transformed into a Simspons cartoon look and feel (very neat).
